The living room features a cozy couch and a television where you can add in your streaming service and watch your favorite shows. Additionally, there is a table and chairs for dining or doing remote work. The home has an open concept living room and kitchen combo, creating an efficient common space.

The bathroom has the necessities including a hair dryer, tub and shower combo, and a washer and dryer.

Our home is contactless seamless and easy self-check in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. At Sojourn we take your happiness and comfort seriously. Conveniently, there is a Safeway that is located only 0.5 miles from the property. Additionally, about five blocks from the property, discover Barracks Row, a bustling commercial strip featuring a diverse selection of restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues.

This home is only a one-minute walk from the property to Potomac Ave Metro station.

Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Parking Information
Driving to your DC Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet-friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. Pet fees are usually included in the booking, but if not, you’ll be invoiced the pet fee. Please let us know if you’re bringing pets so we can update your reservation. Note that some homes are not pet-friendly—if yours isn’t, we’ll gladly recommend one that is.

Interaction with Guests:
Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. If you are booking a flat for over 30 days, you will be provided with the standard tenant package as required under DC law and be required to acknowledge receipt of the same. The terms of our Agreement will remain as agreed to on the Air BnB platform, and anything implied under DC law. Please note that the building has ring cameras monitoring and recording the exterior and common areas of the building at all times. Sojourner pet fee is $75/pet/wk or $75/pet for stays under one week. Guests staying longer than 6 weeks pay a flat fee of $450. Guest is responsible for all indoor and outdoor cleanup related to furry friends staying at the property. If additional cleaning is required to remove signs/smells of the pet, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. For stays over 5 weeks please inquire about the pet fee. Our properties require Sojourn to collect the name and picture of government-issued photo ID for each guest. When requested, guest agrees to provide this information or the reservation will be cancelled. For the comfort of our guests and team members, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted inside or within thirty (30) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke your card can be charged and your security deposit will be forfeited. Sojourn will contact the booking service, terminate your stay and post the appropriate review. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe, these devices can not record or decipher what you are saying they are only for monitoring noise. Noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation could be terminated without refund. What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest. * Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. ... * Feminine Products.
