2nd time we have stayed at Pentegon City Ritz. We have been fortunate enough to stay at many great hotels, but none can compete with this hotel. The service is so far beyond anywhere else, from the second you check in, they refer to you by name, the property is immaculate and very high end, room was great. As for location, its not too far from DC landmarks, and right next door to the Pentagon City Mall. There isnt anyplace like it, and if you just want to be impressed on what good service should look like, this is your place.

I had a great stay at the Ritz Carlton Pentagon City location. The staff was amazing & very welcoming. I would definitely stay there again. I did not get a chance to try the restaurant this visit.

Metro is steps away. Hotel is connected to a mall. While convenient, it takes away a tad from feeling of security. Staff top notch. Very clean. Rooms small but updated. Overall pleasant experience.( also they stored our luggage day of arrival and day of departure which was amazing )
