Very nice hotel that lives up to their brand's reputation. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Major bonus was the Pentagon City Metro stop is very close to the hotel which was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, from the valet to the front desk to the restaurant. Had three meals at the restaurant on site, all very good. Music was a little too loud -- more of a bar atmosphere than a "high tea" atmosphere. But everyone bent over backwards to ensure we had a good stay.

This was my first experience staying at a Ritz-Carltonproperty. Going forward, I will always stay at a Ritz-Carlton property, if available. The experience was stunning. Impeccable rooms. 24 hour gym with steam room and sauna. 24 hour full menu room service. Adjacent to Classy Dining and shopping and/or bargains of you want.The restaurant choices were Amazing. The price difference insignificant compared to other lodging choices. Ritz-Carlton is my go-to brand.

Very lovely stay to celebrate the 4th of July! The complimentary bottles of water were a lifesaver during the 115 degree heat! The complimentary chocolates were amazing! Beds were very comfortable. Had to ask for a mini fridge but the request was granted no problem. Thank you again! The elevators tend to be on the slow side but that's okay. I am a patient person. Just outside the Pentagon Cuty metro station and the shopping mall. Location was a huge factor.
