“The only positives of the property is its size and location. Property not clean and left after an issue with some sort of flies swarming in one of the bedrooms. Expedia was informed of cleanliness issues after check in and would supposedly inform host. Never heard from host until after they were informed of check out immediately after issue with flies. I certainly would not recommend staying there.”

“This house/cabin was absolutely fabulous! Everything was squeaky clean and the solar energy through the windows was wonderful. The in floor heating and energy efficiency made the cool outside tolerable. The view of the Fall foliage and surrounding gardens were heavenly. The hosts were very responsive to our requests and encouraged us to self tour the farm: healthy goats, chickens, pigs and cows; even an on-site store to purchase fresh meat, vegetables and other delectable. “Lovely home! Very spacious. Two TVs. Delightful hot tub, and well maintained. Property manger was responsive to text messages and attempted to fix issues. Basement floor was not vacuumed, and dishes not clean in cabinets. Broken towel racks in most bathrooms. Refrigerator was malfunctioning most of the time we were there. Overall I would still rebook and recommend this place but I would give a heads up about afore mentioned issues!”

“NO HEAT, NO LAUNDRY, NO HELP, NO VERBAL COMMUNICATION. The first evening we arrived the heat would not come on in the apartment. Communication was only provided by texts through Expedia and 3 requests for help were not answered. We ended up heating the apartment with the oven door open and a box fan. The temperature outside was 42 degrees F in the morning. That day while we were away someone came and turned on the heat and entered our apartment and turned the thermostat down. Because a laundry……
