"The property was okay on the inside, but in an undesirable neighborhood. It needs to be noted that all three bedrooms are upstairs (2flights of stairs). Not good for my 92 year-old Mother. We had one roll of toilet paper for all 3 bathrooms when we arrived. We did receive a case of toilet paper by the second night. The garage door did not work. Being in this neighborhood, we were not comfortable parking our car outside. The owner was responsive. I don’t understand why you have to strip the beds and take out the trash. You don’t have to do that at a hotel. If so, they need to give a discount on the cleaning fee. I would not stay here again. "
