This hotel was super unique! It is the old John Deere factory turned into a Marriott. Each floor and room has super high ceilings and a ton of space. The lobby has nice alcoves with seating and tvs so multiple groups can do their own thing. The gym was spacious and nice equipment. The barbecue restaurant is delicious! The best part was Karen at the front desk. She was so kind and helpful while my family was having issues with the car, and was able to accommodate us quickly for another night. She really made our day! I’d definitely stay again.

room temperature was terrible and the corner suite was freezing cold. We were not allowed to adjust the temperature in our room. Pictures of the suite on Travelocity is not accurate. It showed room with king bed and room with 2 doubles; they only have suites with 1 king bed in each bedroom.

No free breakfast and no hot sink water

Once again, no free breakfast as hotels.com promises. I have pointed this out to the hotel and hotels.com and no one seems to care about the false advertising. Also, this is the 4th time at this hotel that the shower was hot but zero hot water comes from the sink so I AGAIN had to fill a wastebasket in the shower with hot water and dump it into the sink so that I could shave. Seriously!?!

I paid over 200 dollars for a room for 1 night that was supposed to sleep 4 adults and it barely slept 3 adults. We did not receive free breakfast, was told it would be a charge of 14.95. Completely disappointed with our stay and requested an adjustment to our bill that has not happened yet.

My room was really hot when I arrived so I called the front desk. They said they would turn it on or something, but it never cooled down. I also asked for a microwave and they said they don't provide microwaves for anyone who stays less than 14 days in the "ambassador suite" Did I step into the twilight zone? This place is wierd. There's only one working elevator and the pool is on the 5th or 6th floor.

Per Marriott standards the Courtyard brand does not offer a free breakfast. We have the Bistro on property that offers a breakfast that is available to purchase off the menu.
