“Effective accommodations and host was very responsive. Unfortunately I was there during the heat wave. The fan helped but the unit would benefit from window screens and fans. Otherwise it fit my needs.”

“This property is amazing, and has set a standard that will be hard for us to find again, where do I begin. The apartment is beautifully styled, the kitchen is so well equipped and has washer/dryer, plus there were plenty of spare towels and sheets if needed for our week long stay. We were there in July during hot weather, the location is quiet to have windows open at night and there are a couple of fans to make sure you’re comfortable to sleep. “The room was clean, and a great location in Southsea. A few small issues: the TV stopped working on our last morning, the bath had not been used and the water ran yellow, but the shower was fine. A cloth to do the washing up would have been of use. Overall the room was a great base for our weekend away.”

“The location is absolutely superb, just 50 yds from the Southsea pier and beachfront. The back garden has its own little micro-climate due to high walls making it like a courtyard which is totally escape proof for the dogs. It’s a lovely little flat, 2 good, comfortable beds and a fab shower, perfect for our trip. We would definitely come back. ”
