★ Breathtaking walks across the South Downs and Meon Valley from your doorstep
★ 2 mins walk to The People’s Market store where you can buy ‘cook’ meals as well as other groceries and supplies
★ 3 mins walk to the Vine pub and restaurant
★ 10 mins walk to Hambledon Vineyard and Winery
★ 2 mins drive to The Old Forge Tea Room
★ 5 mins drive to the Bat and Ball Pub
★ 15 mins drive to the market town of Petersfield
★ 25 mins drive to Winchester
★ 30 mins drive to Chichester and the south coast
There is a single garage and space for a further two cars to park in the driveway. There is a 3 pin plug to charge electric vehicles - you`ll just need to bring along your own cable.
