「We had used towels hanging from our tub rack. Our back sliding door was open. Our coffee pot was jammed with a napkin, so we couldn’t make coffee. I sent a email immediately asking to be somewhat compensated, but I haven’t heard back. I did get more towels from a worker for us. 」

「The motor lodge was quiet and very clean. You can tell the owners care about the property. Added bonus were the massage chairs! Also, it was very cold when we stayed and our car would not start up in the morning. We called the property manager to see if anyone was on site that could give us a jump. There was not but they made a call for us and someone was out to help within minutes. They also made sure we had access to the lobby so we would not freeze while we waited. They went above and beyond...
