「I had a wonderful experience overall at my stay in the Modern Studio, in Kent. Deborah was thorough in communication and welcoming upon my arrival. Their guidebook is full of helpful information about local fare, points of interest and history about the farm and surrounding area. Also, I appreciate the treats and Nespresso. I’d definitely recommend staying for these points and for central location which lends to the ease of walking into town from the studio.」

「This is an artfully restored third floor of an old house. Very clean and very well maintained. The doors are locked with an app and with a keypad and that felt very safe— not like some places where you wonder how many people have copies of the key or the lockbox code! You should know, it is small and the furniture is all to scale- small bed (maybe a queen size? Maybe full?) small table, small living room chairs, etc. It was nice for one person. 「This apartment was very clean and well-stocked. It was comfortable and cozy. It is in a great location in the center of Connecticut, a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We went on the hiking path just minutes from the front door. We went to Massachusetts, NYC, and Rhode Island, all were a hour and half or less away. In the backyard, we ate in the covered patio and sat around the firepit. There were top-notch grocery stores or dining options within five miles. Our host was responsive and caring. 」

「There was a ton of room and the king beds in all the rooms were great. We had a couple small concerns that were addressed super fast. Great space, great hosts!!! Would stay again and highly recommend!」

「Overall we had a great stay, the split unit air conditioner stopped working after a few days but the property manager quickly resolved the problem as temperatures were rising. Kitchen in the apartment is equipped for a long stay as it had most of what we needed. Would recommend. 」
