「We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The kids were able to go right down to the trout stream and fish. We were in the hot tub every night! We really appreciated the large living room with a lot of seating for our family. The only negative was the yard had not been mowed in quite awhile and the beds were absolutely terrible! We would definitely recommend they upgrade the mattresses. The main bedroom felt like we were sleeping on a box spring.」

Host offered return of cleaning fee instead of a fair compensation of unusable amenity . We rented this home for a family vacation and were approved for an early 2:30 p.m. check-in.Upon arrival, the outdoor area was in a state of untidy and dirty neglect: dirty and broken patio furniture, a non-functioning grill, two broken pool filters, broken pool ladder, and a large pile of discarded inflatables under the pool deck. The hot tub was brown and murky following a chemical treatment and remained that way through the...

「We had a nice stay at Black Bear Cabin. Short distance to tourist attractions. Hot tub was enjoyed and the beds were comfortable. Some things that might help improve the stay for others would be: dish towels for easier kitchen clean up, ability to plug in deck lighting, hooks or shelving in rooms for towels and clothes, end tables in the queen bed rooms, and fresh batteries for basement remote. The kitchen had all the tools we needed for cooking. Great place for meditating and quality time. 」

「Cabin was perfect for what we needed. Even was able to grill this time because the grill got hot enough. Last time filled tank and grill wouldn’t heat up. The deck needs a little TLC 」
