It's unfortunate you did not have a good experience with us. I will do everything in my power to address some of the issues you have brought to our attention. We do have 3 bed styles here, the double being our smallest, but I can assure you both beds are standard double size mattresses. If notified at the front desk, we would have fixed the items that were broken or dirty. The rooms are quite standard, so moving or adding furniture to the room wouldn't be an option. I do hope you were able to take advantage of the fridges we do supply for our guests to use while staying with us. We thank you for the feedback!

It's unfortunate that your visit happened to be during a stroke of bad luck for us, with the ice machine broken. The public fridges in our 2 common areas are available for use to any of our guests, I am sorry no one made you aware of this. Unfortunately, the quiet hour policies are enforced by the Town of Waterville Valley and their Police Department, we are expected to follow these as well. We do understand how it can put a damper on some things, but it is in the best interest of all guests and residents of the town.
