「My daughter is preparing to relocate to Athens for graduate school and we needed to stay a few days to find an apartment and acclimate her to the city. This little spot was just perfect. The home was spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked and my daughter and I enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the front porch. And you can't beat the location - close to everything and private parking. The owners were responsive and addressed a minor issue promptly....

「We stayed here for a wedding, and the property was beautiful. Jason was very responsive to our messages, and there's easy parking, but also an easy walk to the city-center so we sometimes just walked rather than deal with the hassle of finding parking near the bars. Would definitely recommend!」

「My husband and I stayed for a weekend visiting Athens. The apartment was immaculate, the bed was so comfortable, the shower pressure was strong and hot, and the towels are nicer than the ones I have at home! 「Home was in great location for our golf trip. Most courses within 2 miles. Plenty of space for 8 adults, all having our own beds. Great recreation area and hot tub after golf. Plenty of kitchen space to cook our dinners. Publix was only 5 miles away. Only negative being we could not get stoves in main kitchen to work and pollen covered all of outside furniture. Would highly recommend and stay there again.」

「There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. Home was clean and well appointed in the kitchen and baths, laundry, and the dock provided rest and relaxation while watching our grandchildren swim. 「The owners were wonderful to work with. I rent a lot of VRBO’s and count on the owners to steer me in unfamiliar territory. And they didn’t disappoint. Also we always cook at the house we rent which we did with out family. They had almost everything we needed to prepare our birthday supper. Location was great. Screened-in porch was used and comfortable. They had a lot of water toys and life jackets which was helpful. Thank you to the owners.」
