The proximity to the beach was the best - just steps away for miles of beach walking. The house was clean and well appointed, and the bedrooms were comfortable. We hope to be back! 」

「We stayed for a week. Generally good experience. There is a coffee machine at the lobby. Parking is in the secured garage. The only downside is that AC might be a little loud during the night. But overall we are glad that we booked the place. 」

「Awesome building and location. Going through hotels.com created some complexity on the communication front. One big issue with this property is parking. You have to give them the details on your car 48 hour prior to arrival which is tough with rental cars. 」

「Cute and cozy place perfect for two people. It was close to Santa Cruz and met all of our expectations. It’s quietly located up a hill to where you can see the ocean from the kitchen window. Jim, the property manager was awesome to work with. Loved the way he kept the communication with us during our stay. I will definitely stay there again. 」

「Excellent location, walking distance of shopping, aquarium, restaurants. The property is as described in listing. Parking was excellent. The only thing that could be improved is the mattress in the master bedroom. I will be back for sure.」

「Lovely stay in a fun location. We were in Aptos for a wedding and really enjoyed the beach access. The 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths was so convenient for grandparents, parents and a kid. Very good communication with property mgr. 」
