「No one was at the front desk for like 10 minutes, no sign saying be back shortly!! The women had us on the second floor without an elevator and we are seniors! No working ice machine, I would not recommend to anyone, people outside the front door smoking, not very appealing! I’m sure there were other people who were just as shocked as us! If ever back in this area, I would stay otherwise! We had no other choice to stay but were happy when we got out of there, seemed very sketchy! Just being...

「Terrible experience. The room had a strong smoke odor despite being advertised as non-smoking. We discovered a bed bug crawling on our infant during the night and had photo evidence of the bug and blood stains on the sheets. Management denied the incident, refused to take responsibility, and blocked our refund request through Expedia. Disgusting environment and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Avoid this hotel.」
