「The room was dirty and half the lights didn’t work.」

「My husband and I chose this location traveling from Michigan to North Carolina to stop for a break. The hotel is very out of date. It took 20 minutes to check in with paper processes while the clerk stared at my husband the whole time. Then she tells me I’m all set without giving me a room number or keys. 「Two entrances had broken doors, one of which had no door. Remote didn’t work right for the tv, and the room smelled. AC system barely functioned. The breakfast was very limited.」

「Staff was helpful when it came to any inquiries. Breakfast could be better but, wasn't expecting anything grand by any means. Towels provided daily. For a midpoint affordable quick option not bad honestly.」

We were booked for seven days, but we needed a ground floor room because of my wife's handicap. The manager refused to give us one. We stayed elsewhere, the Red Roof Inn in Jackson.」
