“Fox Berry Hill is a lovely lakefront property. We stayed during an incredibly hot week. SUPPing on the lake made it much more enjoyable. Pros: Great AC and easily adjustableBed in master bedroom was super comfortableWater pressure was strongLake access was excellent. Easy to take paddle boards down to lake via ramp, moreso than steps.Kitchen had great supplies overall, easy to cook and prep food. Ample pantry w spices left over from previous guests.TV worked great, but no remote for DVR.Many……

“The view was amazing! Hot tub was super clean (needs a new lid) house was very clean! Owner was great to work with!The dock was further away than the pictures made it seem and it was not accessible to my husband who has a bad back bc it was very steep. But!! It had everything a family would I need to have lots of fun at the lake!”

“We are repeat guest. As always property was well stocked and very clean. Diane is a great host and always available if needed. Caught a couple nice Blue Catfish, 8-10lb. Kicked back outside by the fireplace and relaxed. We unplug when we are there. No news, no phones, no stress. Not too many full-time neighbors. (very quiet). Those that live there are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend a stay for those looking to return to a simpler time, even just for a few days.”

“The kitchen setup was fine other than the Keurig cup attachment was in the dishwasher (which was clean but not emptied) so we didn’t find it until the last morning.While the lighted mirror is cool…..the lighting in the MBR bath was not good.Overall though, gorgeous property. Loved the charm, the location and the size was great for the 7 of us. ”
