With direct access over the protective dunes to the beach, this four-bedroom/two-full and one-half-bath home has everything a family needs to relax, restore and reconnect in casual, intimate surroundings.
Discover ample parking under the house and plenty of room to store the bikes you bring with you. There’s a convenient half bathroom and outdoor shower there, too, along with a lighted fish cleaning table and a charcoal grill to cook up your fresh catch. One flight of steps up leads you to the first level where you will find laundry facilities and all of the home’s four bedrooms. Three of those bedrooms — a queen master with ensuite bath, and two additional queen bedrooms — all have private access to the ocean-facing deck and a five-person hot tub. The final bedroom, a queen, has direct access to a shared hallway bath. All of the bedrooms feature large screen Smart TVs.
The home’s second level is a newly furnished communal space that invites your family to enjoy each other’s company in spacious surroundings. A well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals that can be served at the four-seat breakfast counter, around an eight-seat dining table and an extra four-seat round table that can double as a game space. The great room features an ample sectional sofa with a large Smart TV, although your eyes may be drawn to the view of the ocean just outside. Step out onto the deck, sink into one of the new deck chairs and drink it all in. Elevate that view even more by ascending the indoor spiral staircase to a bonus loft area, the perfect cozy space to settle in with a good book. The loft features a sofa bed, Smart TV, and sliding glass doors leading to yet another viewing-party deck. Don’t let another day go by without booking WAVES GOOD-BYE for the vacation of a lifetime.
