Lovely House in Beautiful Spot

The house is a classic Outer Banks beach house in a terrific location. The bedrooms are all on one level and of decent size. The main level is wide open which is terrific for hanging out as a family/with friends. The decks are all newish and in really good condition. There is a bonus loft up the spiral staircase that makes for an excellent spot to wake up and have your coffee with the sunrise. Only two downsides: 1) While I left with one kid the property management group came by and were entering the property without notice while my wife was nursing our infant. He told her he had a magnet to put on the fridge and had waited till I left thinking we all were gone. A touch unsettling. 2) Don’t count on any pantry items. Plan on bringing your own salt and pepper/seasoning, coffee filters, dishwasher soap etc. The kitchen is really well appointed otherwise! Overall, a splendid place. Don’t love the property management letting themselves in while wife a baby are home alone, but that company runs nearly all the rentals in the area.
