This level also features a brand new half-bathroom. On the mid-level of the home, choose from 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own TV/DVD. The king bedroom has a private entrance into the hall bath, which a queen bedroom shares. The Bunk bedroom and the second queen bedroom share a bathroom between them. The top level great room is elegantly appointed with seating around the large screen TV. A loft presides above the room with a futon and access to a private deck. The kitchen offers plenty of counterspace and modern appliances. The dining table seats 12 comfortably, or dine in the screened porch with the sea breeze. There is no need to look elsewhere. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
