Beautiful House in quiet neighborhood

Great house with lots of things to keep the kids busy while the adults relaxed. Pool, hot tub, game room, nice backyard for yard games, short walk to the beach. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers (13-15), everyone left tanned and happy.House was well stocked with kitchen supplies, making eating meals in easier with 8 people.Also,

Place was great and the management team was extremely communicative. Location was great- easy walk to the beach and only about a 20 min drive to Nags Head if we needed something that we couldn’t find locally. Plenty of space to be together or find a quite moment to your self with this layout. Would rent again.

Check in process was easy. Was told check in was after 6p but ready by 3p. Kitchen well stocked. Some issues that were addressed quickly. Pool and hot tub were amazing!!

Overall a great location that suited all our needs. The location, views, pool and hot tub were excellent and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. 4x4 beach access and sound access locations are less than a 10 minute drive. Neighborhood is quiet and the court out front provided a good location for the kids to play. We were able to squeeze 7 trucks/suvs/cars in driveway. Only minor thing is the mattresses/beds could use some upgrading along with a couple of the appliances, aside from that everything was great with this location and would highly recommend.
