"Clean room, great water pressure in the shower, plenty of towels"

"Evidently there is a drainpipe behind the wall in the room we stayed in. We heard running water all night long. Also, when we got ready to shower the next morning, there was no shampoo dispenser, instead there were two conditioner dispensers. "

"Key cards worked now and then. Three times in our two-day stay we had to go to the front desk for assistance because the key cards would not let us in the door. We stood outdoors with a very chilly wind blowing waiting for assistance."

"Room was clean however it had a hole in shower surround, couple small holes in walls, shower head had a lot of hard water/calcium buildup on it (should be replaced),bathroom fan didn't work, bathroom door handle was broke"
