“We took a day trip from Richmond traveling 250 (Broad St) the entire way on a beautiful Fall day, knowing that we would end the evening at this delightful little cottage, It is exactly as pictured and more. “The space was beautiful and comfortable, well-equipped kitchen that made me want to stay in and cook and bake. We walked to Kroger for whatever we needed and went to a cafe and later a restaurant on Main St. There's so much to do in the area, and that in addition to the friends and family we have here made us wish we could have stayed longer. “House had not been recently cleaned. The inside of the kitchen refrigerator had to be cleaned. The bathtub had dead flies in it. The laundry room refrigerator had 3 rotted cabbages in it. The kitchen freezer had a pie shell in it, an open can of what looked like bacon grease, and an ice pack that had mold on it. Pots and pans had burnt residue on them.
