「Loved it! Very clean a home away from home. Attention to detail was superb. 」

「The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....

「Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights for a Kettering graduation. The location was wonderful with easy access to groceries and the college. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed evening walks around the house and sitting on the deck in the sunshine. Basil was a great host and was responsive when we had questions. We had something that needed fixing and he got it done immediately. I highly recommend!」

「Property was mostly clean. Cute house in nice area. Close to activities. Needs some TLC such as we only had one washrag for two people. Shampoo bottle empty. Wet towel in kitchen sink. Coffee can empty. Granddaughter loved use of bike. Garage had spider eggs. Mail in box. Just little more TLC」

「The home was just as described, clean, beautiful, and so comfortable! Exactly what our family needed. The host was so easy to communicate with and even reached out to us with a concern right off when our reservation was flagged for clarification instead of canceling our reservation! We will definitely be staying here again when in the area. Very convenient to nearby shopping and restaurants. Also close to Cedarville University!」

「A well priced and nice property near the National Museum of the US Air Force. I was able to walk to pick up dinner for our family both nights from some of the many locations less than a 1/2 mile away.」

「Upon first glance on walking in the property was perfect. We started playing games and noticed the TV in the room would not turn on nor would the lighting turn on in the room. The slot machines do not work properly. They do not track what you’re winning. They are also not written in English. The rest of the game room was nice. There’s a four top table and that is all the seating you have for any type of meals. We did prepare dinner. The grill outside was great. It didn’t need to be cleaned....
