“All the staff treated us like their guests. They all were very kind , very polite , and showed genuine concern for our comfort. When in that area , we will stay there again.”

“The front desk staff was phenomenal but our room stunk like stale cigarette smoke, and the included toiletries were empty or near empty. We went to breakfast at 9:15, and there was very little gravy and no meat. My kids attempted to make waffles but the batter was watery and had huge clumps so the waffles were inedible. For the price we paid, I expected better quality. 10/10 for the front desk staff 4/10 for the room 6/10 for the breakfast”

“Reservation was for handicap room and when ask was told it was. After arriving to room, it was not. Was too tired to complain.”

“Looks like remodeling, going on. no alarm clocks n room WOODEN HOLLOW inexpensive doors on rooms, and bathroom . The beds were ok, curtains ok, floors n room ok. But the bathroom shower needs more updateD work done. No sink stopper SO RATED the room a 8 0ut of 10 .”

“To start we arrive and checked in around 10:30 and got to our room and found that the toilet had dried urine on the seat and the was very loose and had hair on the floor like the room had not been cleaned my wife call the front desk at told the lady working the desk told her that the room had been clean and my wife informed me that the lady she spoke to acted like she was making this up and no one came to the room to care of these issues”

“Beautiful property, and room. Fast enough WiFi to watch a movie uninterrupted, and plenty of hot water for showers. Never seen any staff, so I’m not sure how it works if you need something. However, I’m pretty sure you can message them through the Expedia app if necessary. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to anyone.”
