Leisure Landing has been completely remodeled and is ready for you to enjoy everything Asheville has to offer! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has hardwood floors, a brand new kitchen, plus a large deck and gas fire pit to enjoy the outdoors. Just 10 minutes to Downtown Asheville, 5 minutes to the cute town of Weaverville, 13 min to Blue Ridge Parkway. Near dining and grocery shopping too.

Pet Friendly! Max 2 dogs, no cats. Non-shedding breeds only. Max weight 40 lbs each. Due to insurance, no aggressive breeds allowed: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Cane Corso, English Bulldog, among others.
Pet fee is $75 non-refundable. I provide a large dog crate for your convenience since pets must be crated when left alone in the house.

The house was just as described. Very clean. Nice, convenient area. Close to things to do, places to eat, the Blue Ridge Mtns and Biltmore. We could definitely recommend and would stay here again. Clean and comfortable home
This home was so clean and updated. We had easy access to the interstate to get to downtown Asheville quickly. It’s a very convenient location to all the attractions around the area. We loved a restaurant in downtown Weaverville, Twisted Laurel. Christine was wonderful. We had one issue with the internet but she took care of it immediately. She was very responsive to any message I sent, so easy to work with. We were happy with our stay.
