「It was spotlessly clean and brand new, but freezing cold. The room was really cold; there was an issue with the heating system and the radiators were not heating up properly. The room never warmed up. Apart from that, it was a very nice facility.」

「A great choice for staying in Hamburg but outside of the historic city center. You can easily access the historic center via the bus stop located directly across the street which runs are fairly reliable intervals and, in turn, grants you walking access to a wide variety of amazing German restaurants, pubs, and shops.」

「Das Zimmer war einfach klasse. Ein richtiges Erlebnis. Das Frühstück war reichlich und es gab eine tolle Auswahl, das Personal war super freundlich und ich kann die Burgführung (die für Hotelgäste kostenlos ist gegen Voranmeldung) sehr empfehlen. In der Umgebung gibt es die Falknerei, die definitiv auch einen Besuch wert ist und die Schlossschenke hatte auch sehr leckere Sachen im Angebot, wobei hier die Öffnungszeiten beachtet werden sollten, wenn man Abends dort essen möchte. Der Parkplatz...

「Traveling around Germany by car and wanted a place with safe parking in safe area. This was perfect. Apartment 1 was perfect for three adults to spread out and enjoy. Unfortunately didn’t have time for pool or sauna but everything was clean and never needed to contact management for a problem. Courtyard area would make this hotel perfect for family with children as the area was enclosed and room for little ones to run around Will stay here again when visiting friends in Kulmbach」
