Good location across the road from Feuerbach tram and train station and a short ride away from central Stuttgart, the Porsche Museum and the autobahn if you have a car. "Really convenient location about 5 minutes from Esslingen train station, with 2 supermarkets right around the corner. Nice to have cooking facilities, albeit small. Comfortable bed, strong shower, but sometimes a bad smell coming from the drain. Doors close very loudly, so maybe bring earplugs. The door to the common hallway slams loudly, so request a room at the far end of the corridor. Note: you need a smartphone for this place, as you receive your door code by email at 3 pm to check in, and if you don’t have a wifi signal it can be tricky. I logged on to the public wifi in the shopping mall across the street. You also check out with your phone."
