Discover the charm of Welaka from this inviting 3-bedroom mobile home, perfectly situated on a tranquil canal leading to the scenic St. John’s River. Inside, you’ll find two comfortable queen beds, one full bed, and a cozy living area with a sofa bed—ideal for families or groups.

Guests will enjoy modern conveniences, including heating, air conditioning, a hair dryer, and an iron. The home features two well-appointed bathrooms stocked with all the essentials for a relaxing stay.

Step outside to a small private dock equipped with a boat lift and jet ski ramp, or bring along your golf cart to explore the local trails and great restaurants.

Come fall in love with Welaka and experience the magic this riverside retreat has to offer.

Unfortunately, owner is allergic to dogs so unable to accommodate animals.
