Stepping inside, a spacious dine-in kitchen welcomes you in, complete with dining table and brick chimney anchoring the room. Past the chimney, a sun-soaked seating area with colorful knick-knacks and fun chandelier is a great spot to play board games or catch up with your fellow vacationers. Stepping through the sliding glass doors, a back patio sits behind the home, ready for vacation meals and bedtime drinks.



Back inside, fun and entertainment awaits in the home's sprawling living room, located on the left side of the home. The sectional welcomes you in for movie night, grab a meal at the dining table, or access the backyard through patio doors at the rear of the room.



You’ll have plenty of sleeping options to choose from with six bedrooms, sleeping ten vacationers in this single story home. Walk down the long hallway on the right of the home where the sleeping quarters can be found. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and its own private access to the backyard through two separate sliding glass doors. There is another bedroom with a king size bed, two of the remaining bedrooms have two twin beds in each room, while the final two bedrooms have a single twin bed. The whole home is cooled through a mini-split AC system; only one bedroom has a mini-split in the bedroom.



Located adjacent to the National Seashore, your home is perfectly situated for beach fun. Avoid any traffic with a short drive on the back roads to downtown Wellfleet and Wellfleet Harbor, two must see gems of the Outer Cape.
