I liked the Copper Swan. Our room was clean as were the public areas. The porches & outdoor seating area were welcoming. You could not beat the location & proximity to beaches & P-Town! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Remember some people complain just to complain!

Arriving late at night, there was a handwritten welcome note on the front desk AND an upgrade to a larger room. This place is so enchanting. It is an antique Inn of 200 years old; the rooms are clean and thoughtfully decorated. There is breakfast next door at Brekkies which is great. I will definitely stay here again.

This place cost a lot of money and was not worth it. Bathroom and shower were gross. There was food in mini fridge from previous people. Dirty silverware and coffee cups outside our room at coffee bar area. No tea bags but there was a tea kettle. Breakfast was good and it is NOT an English breakfast. Won’t stay here again or recommend it. This place was recommended to me. I have let my friend know not to recommend it again to others.

The Copper Swan had exceptionally clean guestrooms. The furniture in the common areas was a little shabby . However, guest rooms were furnished comfortably. We arrived after dinner and our keys were on the counter in the reception area. We saw one person cleaning a room when we arrived but never saw any other employees the whole time we were there. I went to the reception area at various times and no one was working. But, we were asked through Expedia how the stay was going and if we needed anything. We asked for a trash barrel via the message we received. It was at our door when we returned to the room. Overall, we had a great experience at the property and the lack of visible staff did not deter from our enjoyment of the inn.

Well, there was nobody there check-in just a key on the counter and a note. There was only one light in the room and it didn’t work took me quite a while to find a phone number to get it resolved, but then I had to call twice and then John finally came Wi-Fi didn’t work so he got that going too. There was some trash in the room from the previous occupant, the worst was a used Q-tip on the windowsill. It’s an old building, which is kind of cool if you like that kind of thing an extra towel would be nice and a bath mat. This is a bare bones hotel but you can’t pay for.

Disappointing stay. Beautiful from the outside. We had some basic issues that could have been easily resolved. My Expedia wasn’t working so there wasn’t a way to communicate with staff at night. One of our beds was missing a comforter and there were no extra blankets or towels. Wi-Fi did not work. Staff had to enter our room to fix a leak and left our door open and unlocked. No toilet paper by day 2. To request toilet paper, towels and blankets, I wrote on a tourist pamphlet since there was no other way to communicate. We didn’t know if the request would be addressed so we left a day early. On that night, business cards were put out. This would have been helpful on day 1. I sent an email and message through Expedia when we left. No response received. Location is wonderful, disappointing stay. Restaurant next door very slow and no toilet paper.

The staff was amazing and the copper swan was quite through out the day and has amazing scenery and plenty of lounging areas outside to read a book under the leaves. The place we stayed in was very clean and felt like home.
