「Beautiful home but would not stay here again without some maintenence issues adressed especially with kids. Strong oil smell from furnace (had to air out home for hours before we were comfortable staying) and overwhelming carpenter ant infestation (broken dryer as well which was fixed during our stay). Property management was quick to respond to messages but at times did not take concerns seriously. It made the stay very stressful and no compensation back was offered. Great location and again...

「Room was not easy to get to and it was 0 degrees out …1st they put me out in a building where the property was a sheet of ice so I asked to be moved to the main building since I was by myself. Fortunately, they moved me, but the room was confusing to get to. :-( The pool was closed for maintenance, and I was planning to swim. :-( The room was great, clean and a comfortable bed, so I would stay again, but I would request staying closer to the lobby next time.」

The unit was cheerful and comfortable for three adults and the kitchen was well equipped for the light meals we had there (note to host: need a couple of potholders and some hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms). 「The unit is a quiet tucked away room amongst what looks like an older motel that has been refurbished as individual updated units. The gardens were lovely and the place was clean. I was surprised how great the location was in terms of being able to walk 10 minutes to a beach and 20 minutes to the main downtown area of shops in Harwich Port. It’s important to read the amenities list as there is no kitchen (mini fridge and microwave included). Also the host does offer beach chairs and pool towels....

「Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!」
