「Overall, it’s a wonderful house. It could use a good spring cleaning. The outside of the windows were awful and I don’t understand why there wasn’t any shades because in the afternoon sitting at the dining room table you couldn’t the sun was coming in Clarin. It was clean, but like I said, it needs a good spring clean specially downstairs. 「We recently stayed there for a week on the shoulder season this fall. First few days were cold and rainy, but putting a kettle on kept the place comfortable and warm. Even provided extra blankets for cold nights. We had everything we needed right there and sat outside on sunny days and even got in a beach day when the weather got into the 70's later in the week. Central to the Cape and steps away from the ocean, made for a lasting memory for us and our puppy!」

「We decided to take a trip to Cape Cod before baby number 2 makes his arrival, and this was the perfect property for our family. We have a 2 year old daughter so the private beach was the perfect place for her to run around and splash in the waves. When she went to bed, my fiancé and I were able to enjoy some quality time watching the waves or playing a game of pool in the game room. I would definitely recommend this property and host!」
