Room was well maintained and clean. Although at first the bed mattress feels hard, I had a perfect sleep. The shower was great and there was even an iron available for use. The Viv was close to the hustle and bustle of Wellington without it being too close. I’ll definitely stay again.

The wall were so thin I could here the people next door love making at 3am for 2 hours more then I would like , Did not get much sleep. The breakfast was cornflakes and apple was not worth $29 . So I went else were for breakfast . But was clean and the stuff was very helpful.

Room was upgraded nicely with bathroom and big TV. Only quirks were related to electronics, with the heat pump making little annoying clicks occasionally, TV unable to access Freeview (used YouTube and other apps instead), and wi-fi taking several tries to connect on multiple devices. Good location.

The convenience of the location, ease of access to downtown Wellington. The staff was good and helpful. The room was overall nice, except for a ball of hair found by the bedside. Did not imbibe in the breakfast.

The only thing that I didn't enjoy was the very bright light on the TV while trying to sleep, and I couldn't get the casting to the tv to work. But other than than, all good.

Spacious room and although booked a no window room, was pleasantly surprised to see a small window. Prefect place to stay for one or two nights. Very clean and modern. Nice to have air conditioning too

I stayed here last year, but just for one night, and must have been upgraded, as it was quite a large room. But the downside was that it was at the fornt of the hotel, on Vivian Street, and sadly quite noisy. This time, I was here for a week, in a basic room. And I was more than happy with it. Although not a lot of room to snack and store clothes, it was immaculately clean and modern - and most importantly of all, quiet. The only downside was that being on Level 1, it had the carpark right behind it, so you would get some occasional noise. But so cozy and relaxing. Can't really rate the hotel too much on it's facilities, as they are vey basic, but what they have is fine, and the hotel is extremely clean. If you utilise the hotel's limited overnight parking, it can be a bit pricey, but that's Wellington. Street parking is available in the surrounding areas, but I would suggest downloading the PayMyPark app to make it easier. Overnight it's free, but at least with the app, you can buy parking from your phone without having to go out to your car. It's in a great location, with an easy walk to many great restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. A few shady characters around, but just stick to the main streets, and you'll be fine. Will always stay here in Wellington when I'm in town. Really like this place.
