“We absolutely loved staying here. The house was so clean, cozy, and welcoming. It really felt like a home instead of just a rental. You can tell a lot of care has gone into the space.I especially loved all the art on the walls. It gave the house so much personality and made it feel warm and unique. And I have to mention the bed because it was honestly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!This was the perfect place for our family while we were in Fort Collins, and we would definitely stay……

“Very nice property. Beautiful views and large living space. House has some need for repair with drawers and several appliances not working properly (top oven, stove missing dials, ect.). Still would recommend for a stay as the location is excellent.”

“This is a stellar location in Fort Collins - quiet and safe but a short walk to everything you need or want in Old Town and beyond. Historic neighborhood, very pretty. Communication was a breeze and the unit had 2 split AC units keeping it nice and cool even in a heat wave. Easy recommendation if you want a taste of Fort Collins.”

“Great location, close to Old Town FOCO. Beds were comfortable and showers had good water pressure! Smart TVs throughout. Kitchen well equipped and we appreciated having a teapot available!Property could use a little TLC; blinds throughout the house didn’t work great, a couple of them really not functional unless you just opened them fully (not desirable). Let the property manager know that the front porch light was burned out the first day but it was not fixed during our stay. Barking dog next……
