Situated in the centre of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and adjoining England’s largest coastal nature reserve, this attractive oak beamed holiday cottage stands in the pretty conservation village of Stiffkey, between Wells-Next-The-Sea and Blakeney. Comfortably furnished and well-equipped, it is set within a shared half-acre, south-facing natural garden with fruit trees and beautiful views across countryside.

Close by is Holkham Hall, Britain’s largest country estate and stately home, with 500 Red and Fallow deer and stunning walks on Holkham beach. Stiffkey freshers is home England’s largest grey and common seal colony’s, in summer common seal pups can be viewed, and in the winter approx 4000 fluffy white grey seal pups are born. Three local steam railways at Wells, Sheringham and Bure valley are all within an easy drive together with Sandringham and Holkham hall. Within 100 meters is Boutique Stiffkey stores supplies your daly provisions, as well as freshly made ground coffee and delicious cakes.
