“A short stay to explore the Norfolk coast. I loved the attention to detail and decor of the cottage. If you like historic buildings then this place is for you! The top floor room has an old beam across it and is a struggle to get into but the kids liked it so that was a win. The cottage is quite dark inside and just enough social space for two adults and two kids. The courtyard garden is lovely and a great sun trap. Thanks for having us. ”

“Super little cottage ! Very responsive host. We’d arrived early and they were happy for us to access it an hour ahead of time. Well stocked kitchen and very comfy beds. Plenty of logs for the fire ! Just a shame it wasn’t decorated for Christmas for a December booking. Would definitely return. ”

“We had an amazing and super relaxing stay. Everything we had hoped for and such a good set up for our dog too. Completely secure garden (we have a spaniel). Everywhere we went throughout the stay and everyone was dog friendly, even the butchers in Aylsham who invited him in. Expect everyone to stop and chat to you and your dog. The cottage was cozy and tranquil and we were provided with the most fabulous welcome hamper, tiger bread (one of our favourites), juice, milk. Cereal and...a bottle……

“We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party.
