「The cabin is beautiful and immaculate. We stayed in the cabin most of the time; is quiet and cozy. We wish the bed was bigger and comfy but, other than that it was a good experience. We stayed there from April 15 to 18; the weather was perfect and we saw a big bear in the woods which made our stay even more exciting y (pictures and video were taken). 「We had a nice relaxing stay. Cabin was very clean, nicely maintained, warm, cozy and perfect. Dave stopped by to greet us and provided insights and tips to local attractions. Location was close to several trails, hikes and waterfalls. We spent quality, peaceful time watching the river in the backyard. The only drawback I can think of is if you need internet access for work or study, plan accordingly as internet is spotty. We couldn’t not have asked for better relaxing getaway.」

Location is remote and quiet which is great for peaceful mornings and evenings, but it's still close to Woodstock/Lincoln for daytime activities. Be prepared to disconnect - there is wifi available but it is slow and spotty, especially with 4 users accessing at once.」

「We really enjoyed the chalet, super clean and very new. The lake is so peaceful and beautiful, we spent so much time on the balcony with the kiddos looking at the water. Wish the weather cooperated a bit more so we could enjoy the fire pit area but it was still really nice. I’d recommend this place as a quiet retreat or as an option during the ski season for sure.
