We had a comfort caravan through hotels.com and did not book direct with the caravan park. 4 days before I was called and reminded of my booking and I asked if linen and towels were included. I was told that were but when we arrived there were no towels. I did ask at guest services and was told they were not included as I did not book direct. 「Great location and easy walk to bars/ restaurants. The hotel is very friendly, great service, the rooms are clean and have everything you need. Breakfast was lovely, a selection of cold and hot food. Parking, if you can't park right outside there is a car park the next road over which is free from 6pm to 8am. So great location. 」

「What a gem of a place. Such a welcoming place. Ann and Jim are the perfect hosts. Room with our own little private garden downstairs was lovely and the bathroom area very clean and eco friendly with no plastics. Even liked the bamboo toilet paper which I also use at home. On arrival the carpet in the lounge was up and folded over (i stood on a nail and my 2 year old son tripped over it, veey hazardous), there was a large stain/wet patch in the twin room so everytime you went in you got wet feet, the tap in the kitchen leaked when you took a shower, the boiler had no safety glass over it so had a naked flame and the grass and plants to the side is over grown so you couldnt park next to the caravan, more half on/half on the road. 「Booked a couple of nights here as we love the coast & had never been to Withernsea before, the house is lovely & warm and had the most amazing sea views from the lounge & double bedroom. There were nice touches, like a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits & Prosecco, as well as the movement detecting plug-in lights which doubled as torches - really useful.
