“Bedding is poor. Old spring mattress, i would not recommend it if you have weak back. One of the radiators does not work. Parking charges are a rip off instead of charging per calendar date, it should be charged per 24 hours Otherwise a very clean property ”

“We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable.”

“Sehr sichere & saubere Unterkunft. Beim Ankunft hatten wir einige Schwierigkeiten (wir waren selbst Schuld). Der telefonische Service war 1A und hat uns direkt weitergeholfen. Ansonsten keine weiteren Probleme gehabt. Die Ausstattung der Räume auch sehr toll. Gerne wieder”

“We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and quality of the apartment. There was plenty of space and the two bathrooms were a major convenience. We would have appreciated if all the beds had sheets on them- we had to get the sheets from the closet and make the beds ourselves. But other than that, we were very pleased and would recommend the stay, especially to anyone attending an event at Wembley. It is literally a stone's throw away from the stadium.”

“We stayed for 1 night in July the apartment was in very good condition, everything was provided with great kitchen facilities (even herbs and spices) tea/coffee tray and cleaning products. The beds were comfortable with a much needed fan in the bedroom. Overall great location and safe quiet apartment block, fantastic hosts and close to amenities/transport. We would definitely recommend.”

“Booked 3 months in advance and checked in advance when requested. Arrived at the property with no communication on how to gain access. Contacted the host to be told then by text that the property had been double booked so my booking was cancelled. I was left to try and find other accommodation at short notice which was at further expense to us. I called the host to speak to them following the text to say the booking was cancelled and they refused to pick upThe way we were treated was appalling……

"Clean and elegant, the bed is super good! Close to tube which is a plus; for attraction, really close to notting hill market. Haven't tried the grounding but facilities are well made. My room has a little kitchen so it's just like being at a cozy small flat, but not sure how's the feeling for staying in room without kitchen. "
