Permit #000120.Welcome to Icicle Oasis! Your home away from home with all the amenities of a resort. Close to cross country skiing and snowmobiling. Only 35 minutes to Stevens pass for downhill skiing and 51 minutes to Mission Ridge. Only two miles to town. Boasting an acre of land with an above ground pool ( heated May to late September )hot tub, basketball hoop, fire pit. We also have a large pond in the back yard. Close enough to town to enjoy all Leavenworth has to offer but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle while relaxing on the porch with stunning views of Sleeping Lady Mountain. The two-story home with beautiful wrap around porch includes four (4) bedrooms upstairs, two and a half (2.5) bathrooms, and two gathering areas downstairs next to the kitchen and dining room. Two bedrooms include a king bed, one bedroom has a queen bed, and one with two twin beds making it perfect for many combinations of families or couples. Dogs allowed (with fee) with an additional bonus of a connected fenced enclosure with doggy-door access off the mud room. Icicle Oasis located in the heart of the Icicle Valley is less than a mile from Icicle Ridge hiking trail, close to many more hiking trails further up Icicle Canyon. The Bavarian Village is 2.2 miles from the home showcasing a variety of restaurants, treats, and souvenir shops. There are cider houses, breweries, and many wineries offering tastings. During warmer months, rafting and water play is available in the Icicle and Wenatchee rivers. Lake Wenatchee is a short drive away as well as Fish Lake offering fishing, boating, and beach time. The town of Leavenworth hosts an array of weekend festivals including the very popular Christmas festivities in December. Come an enjoy Leavenworth any time of the year! Please take note: If you book with us in the winter, we will not cancel the reservation due to snow and or ice storms. We do assume you will have a vehicle that is good in winter driving conditions. If only one mountain pass is open, we still expect you to come. In the summer if we have some smoke from fires, you are still expected to come for your reservation. House Rules: See Rental Agreement or inquire with questions. We do not allow extra guests. Six is the limit. No extra “day” visitors are allowed. Only the guests on the original reservation are allowed on the property. No rocks allowed in the pool or pond. Please no walking on pool or pond when covered in ice.

Quick family getaway

We had a wonderful stay on a quick family trip. Kids loved the pool and I would definitely recommend this property for anyone staying in Leavenworth. So quick and easy to get to town.

Wonderful home to stay

Great house!

We had a wonderful stay. It was well stocked and clean and the kids especially loved the hot tub and the geese roaming the property. We appreciated the fenced in dog area too. We will definitely stay again!

Annual family trip

Great property, the pool and outdoor area very nice. Location is good, just a short drive to town. In walking distance to fish hatchery and Sleeping Lady resort, that has a nice cafe. Owners are on-site and available if needed.

Great place to stay with kids! The pool was bigger than expected! The host was very great at communicating. First impression of the property was that it looked so nice and green with big open grassy area. I love that they had a dog door and a fenced area for a dog to go outside. (Our dogs first time using a doggy door and she figured it out! The house is right by the fish hatchery which has trails. I’d definitely come back!

Perfect mountain oasis!

Lovely family vacation home

We had a fantastic stay in this property, and it felt like it was ideal for six adults to stay! The property was exactly as advertised with plenty of comfortable lounge spaces, a perfectly stocked kitchen, and a relaxing outdoor space. Wonderful Stay

This house and property were more than excellent. They provide great ammenities for a comfortable stay, with well stocked kitchen supplies, very nice grill to BBQ on and the pool and hot tub and fire pit were added bonus' for hours of entertainment. The hosts were very easy to talk to. We spent 2 nights for a family birthday and will definatly stay there next time in town.

Great place

3 night, 4 adults and 2 dogs. The house is so clean!!! It was beautiful and it has everything you need. This is the first place that really had everything for us. The beds were very comfortable. The living room sectional was great. One problem for us was that our dog was too scared of the stairs (they are pretty steep) but he also likes to be cold so the laundry room was his favorite spot. Thank you for the hospitality we enjoyed our stay very much

Yearly Tradition

We loved this location for our stay this time and as a family decided to make this a yearly tradition. The house was cozy and lots of snow to play with outside. It was a great location to not have to battle the traffic in town. The home has multiple tvs, which was perfect for all the bowl games going on. The layout is so cozy and made it easy to watch football, play games, and eat meals together and not be crowded. The owners are easy to work with as well.

Perfect early summer getaway

From start to finish, this was a wonderful place to stay! My daughters, daughter-in-law and granddaughter joined me for a long weekend in Leavenworth! The home is lovely with every amenity needed. I want to start with how amazing and quick responses were for communication with owners. The house is beautiful and everything was very clean. There was everything we needed for cooking. The pool and hot tub was very refreshing and property was beautiful. Everything was up to date. My kids loved it!

Large Home, Nice Grounds

Spotless! Large so can comfortably accommodate large families/groups of friends. The owners are terrific--very responsive. Beds are comfortable and the linens are nice quality. Dog-friendly but so clean you would not know dogs have visited! It is on a very busy road though so the road noise is tough to sleep through at night.

Perfect vacation rental

We had a great time at this property. House was spotless and the most well stocked rental I've ever stayed in; tons of dishes, cookware, silverware, etc. Plenty of towels, blankets, games. Pool and hot tub were clean and lot of fun. Great firepit. Very close to town. Fenced dog run was great for our pup to have an outdoor off-leash area. Overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Christmas and New Year in Leavenworth

We came from Australia to meet up with our son who lives in the US for a white Christmas. Although locals were disappointed with snow, to us it was magical! Easy access to Stevens pass for day and night skiing, Leaveworth delightful and local deli excellent. The home was well equipped, comfy and had plent of room for young and old to have own spaces. Hosts were excellent!

Paradise

Absolutely beautiful country home! Had everything you would need to enjoy your time. Well stocked kitchen for the cook in the family (me)! Dog yard was great for my little girl. Pool was just perfect! Us old ladies were out there doing our daily excercises! The master bedroom.. Wow! Loved the bed, so comfortable and beautifully made by Chip the owner. Chip was very friendly and helpful, enjoyed chatting with him. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Wonderful escape from the city.
