If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.
Please note that the A/C system in this rental is designed with a lower limit of 71°F and includes door sensors that turn off the A/C when doors are left open. Please ensure that the doors in the condo are closed at all times except when entering or exiting. These features are in place to ensure the system operates efficiently and to prevent issues such as mold, which can occur in humid environments near to the ocean. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these settings to maintain a comfortable and healthy environment during your stay.
We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.
