“Didn't know there was a pool. The floor in the motel room was very dirty and the bathroom was dirty the medicine cabinet needs to be cleaned out did not want to put my toothbrush in there and the shower could have been scrubbed too and cleaner shower curtain. The staff was over the top of helpful they were wonderful!”

“What a great place! I know it looks somewhat unassuming, but the care they take to make your stay excellent is like a resort. The breakfast has a lot of great options and every single employee was friendly and ready to help with anything. We had a snafoo with our sofa bed and they upgraded us to a larger suite. If you get a chance to choose the Crow’s Nest and have four or more people, I highly recommend it. It’s a third floor two bedroom apartment with fantastic views. Their hot tubs were also……

“We stayed in room 20, which turned out to be a full apartment with a large kitchen, bathroom, living room/dinning room and large bedroom with two beds. It was very clean and well outfitted. It was also very quiet, even on the Saturday night we stayed. I can't recommend it highly enough!”

I have never been to a worse hotel. Passed out people out front and filthy front door and check in area. We were told it previously had a meth lab inside.
I want our money back.

“This is an older hotel that has been well maintained. The staff was super friendly and courteous. Our room was very clean and quiet. The TV was old cable and not to clear. Accessing the lobby was challenging for my spouse, who's a wheelchair user. The disabled parking was poorly marked and a distance away froma small ramp at the other end of the building.

“The hotel was as expected, old and therefore quirky. For example the bathroom was inside to the bedroom. The second bed was in the main area of the hotel room. So the person sleeping in the main room had to go into the bedroom to use the bathroom.
