"The home was lovely and the location perfect. However, after we had checked in, we discovered that the latch on the front door did not function. We literally could not get back out. We called Perch, and I felt that I had to convince them of the danger that presented. A handyman did come, but for that night the only remedy we could come up with was to tape the latch so the door would be usable. Problem was fixed the next morning.Also, the two gas fireplaces did not work, and the knob for one of the burners on the gas stove was loose and could not be used."

"The home was beautiful, with a phenomenal view and in a quiet area. The home was clean and generally well stocked. The Theatre, rec room and main floor TV/playroom were nice options for our group. We were notified prior to our visit that the hot tub was not functioning so not available for us to use. The steep Bluff was closer to the home then it appeared in the photos. The yard adjacent to the Bluff is temporarily fenced.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and all the amenities."

"Great location and the views of the ocean from the house are spectacular. Loved watching the ships of all sizes and purposes from cruise ships to little personal boats. The area is incredibly quiet. House was fully supplied, beds very comfortable and we enjoyed having furniture out on the patio. All in all a 10/10 experience. Would stay again."
