「My key wasn’t available upon arrival and we had to wait a few extra minutes before we could get into the room. The rooms had flies in them but the entire area had flies so it wasn’t completely house keeping’s fault. Some of the sheets weren’t clean. The pull out bed was uncomfortable. The bathrooms need some tlc. Water pressure is decent, rooms were spacious and tv’s are very small.」

「For what I paid it wasn’t worth it. I should get money back. Some of the blinds were broken and the one bedroom window didn’t have one at all. Told the manager but no one came to install one. Nothing like the picture. Our full bed the frame was broken. The can opener should be thrown away filthy. The cleaning staff was very accommodating though. Don’t STAY THERE .」

「Horrible service, the pictures on Expedia look nothing like the room. Room is very dirty!!! Absolutely gross. Smells extremely bad from mold and unsanitary. The fridge is rusty and dirty. Black stains all over the beds. Blood stains. Bugs all over the floors. Extremely bad. I have photos to show this. Very unhappy. No lock on front door .」

「I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean.
On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate...
