「Clean and comfy room. Front desk staff were friendly. And the location is excellent! My only negative experience was at checkout, we came down to the ground floor entrance to store the luggage, and this older bellman in the AM shift asked for a tip upfront before he stores our luggage because he wouldn’t be there when we returned. It felt inappropriate, especially since I was planning to tip anyway.」
