Beautiful Chatham home

We loved our stay at this Chatham home. Neat, clean airy home with fenced in yard which was great for our dog. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, yet very close to local restaurants and shops. We will definitely be returning! Our favorite rental to date!

Great Stay

This property was located in a great neighborhood that was nice and quiet. The house was very comfortable and relaxing, and it was just a short drive to downtown, the beach and grocery store.

Great quiet location & close to beaches

This house was in a very quiet neighborhood with a nice yard and lovely landscaping with flowering bushes. Nice size family rooms, and a large and bright master. Harding’s Beach 5 minutes away.

It was the perfect home. It was wonderful that is was all on the first floor.

The house was beautiful and super clean. The backyard is just a haven. Very peaceful and quiet. We all had a lovely time.

Lovely home for a relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, well-appointed home with all of the amenities needed for our family vacation. The space is bright and airy, with a roomy layout that had plenty of room for the five of us (two adults and three children). The large, fenced in backyard was great for our kids to safely play outside while we hung out on the deck. We loved the quiet location just a short drive from beaches and downtown. A great place to relax and unwind!

VaCAPEtion!

This beautiful house was just as described. It was spacious, clean, light and nicely furnished. The neighborhood is charming with lovely homes, large lots and beautiful landscaping. However, the outdoor shower lacked the water pressure to take an adequate shower. I would definitely recommend this house to others! Loved it!

Great vacation!

Everything was just as advertised. Spacious bedrooms, plenty of living space and yard space. Quiet neighborhood was terrific. We really enjoyed the fact it was pet friendly. Definitely would recommend this home!

Adorable Cape home

We loved staying in this adorable home. It was the perfect size for our family. We loved that it is also pet friendly so we were able to enjoy our vacation with our pup. The fire pit in the yard is a nice touch. We enjoyed making s’mores with the kids on a cool night. The house is in a very cute neighborhood, close to restaurants, beaches and Main Street in Chatham. The neighbors were also super friendly and welcoming! We would definitely recommend this home to other people and would stay here again in the future.

The Quintessential Cape Cod Home

This little jewel in West Chatham was just what we were expecting. Beautifully furnished, great layout, beautiful linens and bed coverings, comfortable beds!!! Kitchen outfitted with everything you need for cooking. Quiet neighborhood and large fenced yard which was great for kids and dogs. A short drive to the best beaches on the Cape. Downtown Chatham a 10 minute drive for great restaurants and shops. This was a great find and we will be back!

Nice cottage in a great location

5 adults and one small dog stayed at this property and we had a great week. It was perfect for out needs. We loved the fenced in yard for our dog and it was only a 10-15 minute walk to Ridgevale Beach. Overall, the house was clean and left in good condition. When we arrived, the air conditioning was on but we promptly turned it off and opened the windows. The windowsills were very dirty and full of cobwebs. This bothered me because some beds are right up against the windows. It was disconcerting to lay ones head down next to the dirt. 5 beach chairs are provided with the house as well as a beach umbrella. If you have more than 5 people (the house advertises as sleeping 8) you will need more chairs. The kitchen is in need of a colander as there is no utensil in which one can drain food. Location was great, quiet street, and close to everything. We would rent this house again.
