Cape Summer Break

We had a wonderful stay. We haven't spent time on the Cape since my oldest was a toddler in 2016. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. We appreciate all the beach stuff and not having to bring our own. Being able to walk to the beach with 2 kids was perfect. Would love to come back!

Family week at the Cape

My family and I had a wonderful late summer week at the Private Cottage at Ridgevale Beach - Chatham. The house was perfect for the 6 of us with plenty of space to accommodate some work days. The house was meticulously clean and well equipped for a week or longer stay. Chris was great to work with and very responsive. Will stay again in future.

July 4th Vacation

We stayed in this Chatham home for a week with our daughter and her partner. We gave them the very large master bedroom suite with king bed, large closet, private bathroom and laundry area. They felt very spoiled and loved their private space. We appreciated the generous amount of towels, kitchen items and blankets/sheets. This home was extremely clean upon arrival. My husband really enjoyed the outside shower.

We had a very pleasant stay and close proximety to everything and the beach.

Thank you Beth for your hospitality and the house and property were lovely and well equipped with everything we could need. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed ourselves and it was a nice tranquil neighborhood. The cleanliness of the home was wonderful and we took pride in returning it to hopefully the same and be respectful of the property. We love Chatham and will return, the two young cousins we had stay with us could only stay two days but loved the fishing and did not want to leave. Thank you Lorraine

Comfy cottage

We just spent one week at the cottage this Summer and had a wonderful family time here. The house is very clean and well equipped with towels, sheets, beach umbrella and chairs. The deck and backyard provides a nice place for kids to run around and for family bbq/dinner time. The neighborhood is quite private and quiet. Very easy walk to the beach. Easy communication with the owner. Beth and Chris left very detailed instructions and even included a thoughtful list of local restaurants/activities. My parents and young kids all loved our time here. Would love to come back next Summer!
