「There was no water due to a water pump issue that need an upgrade that the owner was fully aware of and I was advised the morning of checking in. Unable to use showers, toilet, dishwasher or even able to brush teeth. Worst experience. Reached to owner numerous times got nothing back and reached out to VRBO customer support and nobody provided me any support. I put in two online complaints and phone call to VRBO and no feedback or support provided!」

「Wow! Whalesback Cottage was the Nova Scotia oceanside escape that we were looking for. Our own private space – no traffic … no crowds … and the only sounds were the waves hitting the rocks. 「It was quite pleasant. The accommodation was as stated, clean, spacious, modern, and close to where we wanted to be: central. There was a lot of stair climbing involved, which was fine for us but maybe not all older people. The bed was unusual but comfortable; the shower was quite spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped. In general, it was very acceptable.」
