「We were in East Aurora for just 2 days, so we were looking for a nice place to stay that was reasonably priced. This property fit perfectly. We stayed in room C, which definitely has a great "man cave" feel. Great, comfortable couch and beds. It also has an amazing sun room with a dark rustic feel. Host was very nice and responded to questions quickly. Definitely recommend this property!」

My kids were constantly pointing out the memorabilia they didn't notice before. It just goes on and on. Can walk to the stadium. The host was great with communication. Really can't imagine this not being the first option for when we come back.」

「This home was perfect for our weekend event at the fairgrounds. The house is really cute inside with some "old-home" touches that were nice with a fair amount of updates also. I will say that I was only unpleasantly surprised by the number of spider webs and spiders throughout the house...made my daughter a little anxious to sleep. The kitchen also had an issue with ants.Overall the stay was good, I think it just needed a good cleaning of the high spots.」

「On our trip to Vermont we wanted a comfortable place to stay half way. This was a great find. The apartment was very clean and had lots of room. Upgrading to the apartment with the fenced in yard was a treat for our dog, Percy. 「We were warm while we slept due to only 2 window ac units in bedrooms and only 1 fan. Would have been nice to have ac turned on to cool house for our arrival. We thought an ac added to living room would cool down all rooms. It unexpected to be asked to take off shoes but left our feet black when we did that. We did enjoy some charming accents, woodwork but would not stay again in summer with only 2 window ac units.」
