「A wonderful stay at this charming and well-located property on the Cape. We used this as a base for our family for a week as part of a longer multi-stop New England/Toronto vacation and found it to be welcoming and homely. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend it and return! We especially enjoyed being on Jenkins Pond which is lovely for walks and swimming.A few minor points preventing a perfect score: cleanliness very good but not quite perfect, a previous guests...

「Rebecca’s place was wonderful. The apartment was incredibly clean, beautifully and creatively decorated with thought and style and the surrounding area was both quaint and picturesque. We spent Labor Day weekend there and experienced “Illuminattion Night” which was very cool. Rebecca made some great recommendations, and although it’s right next to a marina, it was incredibly quiet. We would love to stay again. 」

「Unfortunately, this was one of the most stressful vacation rental experiences we have had, and we have rented through VRBO many times.We arrived at 5:00 with a group of seven and did not have the code or instructions needed to enter the house. I had sent messages through VRBO and received no response. Thankfully, the owner eventually got back to me with the code, but standing there with seven people and not knowing whether we would even be able to get into the house was an incredibly stressful...
