“The apartment is new, nicely decorated, and was comfortable for our group of 4. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and appliances (I.e. full stove, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, pod-type coffee maker, toaster, blender). A stackable washer and dryer with laundry detergent was available. Both the living area and bedroom had large screen televisions. We were aware that the apartment was on a second floor, but the stairs were a little narrow and a little dark as the upstairs landing light did not come on. We of course, arrived late afternoon. Small but everything you need. The kitchen is cute just lacking a toaster. “It was advertised as an apartment. It was NOT an apartment. But the room was quiet which was nice. Good place for a nap. My smoke alarm was dying but a quick call to the front had it fixed in about 15 minutes. No shampoos or conditioners. Decent location. Honestly when I walked in I was like.... what did I just get myself into. But again. Quiet room. Good place for a nap. Good price.”

“Unfortunately, the apartment was a huge disappointment. Cleanliness is a major issue. Surfaces are dusty and don't appear to be cleaned properly; worse still, there are cockroaches in the place! I "dispatched" two of them during my stay. Furthermore, there is no wardrobe—just a rack with three (3) cheap, thin wire hangers. There is also no place to put luggage, so I had to leave my travel bag on the floor. There is no smoke detector in the bedroom, only the empty mounting base. The armchair is……
