"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful and charming cottage! Everything was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully arranged, and even better than the pictures. All the utilities worked perfectly, and the host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. The cottage was cozy yet spacious, with every comfort and amenity thoughtfully provided.The large backyard was a highlight — perfect for family fun, with plenty of space to play and a lovely firepit stocked with wood for campfires. Its location was ideal, just a 30-minute drive to Owen Sound, where we enjoyed scenic trails, waterfalls, and Harrison Park’s playground. We even played a few pickleball games at the free local courts!This cottage truly exceeded our expectations in every way — comfortable, clean, and full of thoughtful extras. A perfect getaway spot and absolutely top-notch!"

"We stayed in a 2 queen room in the 'newer' building (attached to the office). The room was lovely, clean and new. It had a decent size mini fridge and microwave, and each unit has a outdoor sitting area for 2 wicker chairs, a table with an ashtray (smoking outdoors only). I could hear people in other rooms, so the walls are a little thin, but I was very surprised at how clean, fresh and new the room was. However - our friends stayed in a single queen room in the old section. I didn't see the room, but they said it was awful. Be sure to request a room in the new section! There is an attached restaurant - we didn't try it, but was open early for breakfast. For a small town - this hotel was GREAT!"

"Clean and comfortable cottage. It was unfortunate that we could not use the paddleboards or kayaks as the water was quite murky, so we didn't want to swim in it, but we would have liked to be on the water. We chose this cottage specifically because we thought we would be able to access the lake. "
