「Love the pools and how close it is to everything , it’s literally in the center of the cape so even a ride to Provincetown is only a little over a hour, the room was big with two bathrooms, air conditioning worked great nice little barbecue area with basketball court and playground and the front desk had no problem helping with anything we will continue to make this a every summer destination for years to come 」

「This condo was perfect. The property had a lovely private beach with additional amenities like umbrellas available and sand chairs for the beach. It was clean and had plenty of parking. We loved going out in the morning and at night additionally to just relax and sit by the beach and sip coffee or read. Additionally- its location is kinda of in the middle of everything- 20 minutes to Chatham/Yarmouth etc. and plenty nearby to do. Go to Wolfies bakery- not to be missed! 」

The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. 「We’ve been to the Cape many times, for many years, but this place is very special. The location cannot be beat and having the private beach for a backyard is amazing! The house is very small but had all we needed, was perfect for me and my two kids. The beds were comfortable and the off street parking in the driveway was very nice.
